Our Pastor
Our pastor is Robert Hill. He is married to Rebekah Hill, and they have served in Spiro for over 40 years. They have three daughters, Rashel Maynard and spouse David, Sarah Bridges and spouse Shannon, and Ashley who all work along side him on staff at the church. They also have four grandchildren, Olivia & Sadie Bridges, and Will & Jase Maynard. Robert has always been an avid Mopar enthusiast, and in these later years of life is enjoying racing when he can.
Our Business Administrator
Sarah Bridges serves as our business administrator. She is married to Shannon and they have two kids, Olivia and Sadie.
Our Youth Event Coordinator
Ashley Hill is our youth event coordinator. She organizes events and trips for our youth.
Our Worship Leader
Rashel Maynard has lead worship for 20 years. She is married to David and they have two kids, Will and Jase. Rashel worked as a youth and daycare director, she was also a preschool teacher for eight years.
Our History
Spiro First Assembly was organized in 1944. The first site was located on Northwest 3rd street and North Boston in 1946. The second site was completed with our present auditorium in 1977 at the current location on 1000 Southwest 3rd street. Since Brother Robert Hill became pastor of the church in 1980, the church has expanded with the additions of the parsonage, the educational building, the duplexes, the family life center, and the daycare building.
